As summer unfolds and routines shift, it’s natural to feel a little out of sync. Classes pause, schedules change and yet, this season invites something beautiful:

Subtle Shift is a series of Sunday afternoon workshops for anyone curious about the connection between movement, breath, and awareness — whether you come from yoga, Pilates, sports, or simply want to explore body and mind in a new way.
These gatherings are rooted in my years of practice and teaching, and shaped by a deep curiosity about how yoga can support us — not just on the mat, but in life.
Each session includes:
• Silent sitting
• Physical practice
• Breath & meditation
• Study and dharma conversation over tea
You can join a single workshop, but the full series offers a more connected journey — with themes that gently build on each other.
