Join these 5 Sunday afternoon workshops that offer space for deeper listening and meaningful embodied practice. Each session includes: silent sitting, physical practice, breathwork, meditation, shared study, and a dharma conversation over tea.
The workshops are open to anyone curious about the connection between movement, breath and awareness. Whether you come from yoga, sports, Pilates, or simply wish to explore your body and mind in a different way. No experience is needed, only a willingness to be present.
26/10 Pelvic floor awareness workshop
In this workshop body and mind connect around the pelvic floor as a vital center. We include gentle guided practices, clear anatomical insights, and tools you can use right away for improved posture, strength, and balance. The workshop is suitable for everyone: women and men of all ages, pregnant women, and postpartum mothers.
23/11 Balance & Stability journey
In this workshop you receive precise movement guidance and alignment cues that build inner support and confidence. We explore stability not only through the body but also through awareness, cultivating both physical steadiness and mental clarity. In this workshop you learn breathing methods rooted in yogic tradition, with step-by-step teaching and experiential practice. You gain access to breathing as a tool for calm, clarity and vitality. Expect to feel refreshed, centered, and empowered by what feels like simple but powerful techniques.
4/1 The art of letting go
Experience guided relaxation sequences designed to release tension deeply and cultivate inner peace. The setting supports softness, comfort, and letting go. By the end you feel restored, calm, and much more present. The time is crafted to be rare and precious.
