Vinyasa Flow Yoga

We offer 2 amazing Vinyasa flow classes in the schedule:
Feel good flow vinyasa (Wednesday 18:00 – 19:00)
It is a class where we are going to focus on making our body feel good in each posture, instead of focusing more on how we do it.
We are going to close our eyes, focus on our breathing and we are going to feel what our body asks of us at that moment.
At the end of the class you will feel more confident, feeling good about yourself, feeling present in that very moment.
It is a class for all levels.
Strong vinyasa (Saturday 12:00 – 13:00)
In this class we are going to work with postures that require strength, we are going to work on our active flexibility, to strengthen our body, to work with our flexibility from strength.
You will finish this class feeling stronger and more energetic.
It is a class for all levels.
The teacher of these classes is Gemma.

I’m Gemma, a vinyasa flow yoga teacher from Spain and based in Haarlem.

My journey into the world of wellness began at a young age through my passion for dance.
As someone who once struggled with scoliosis pain and hyperflexibility, I understand the importance of balancing flexibility with strenght.
Therefore I like to create sequences where you can flow on your mat, transitioning through the poses by listening to your body, letting your breath guide your movements adding as well active flexibility to prevent injuries and promote resilience in all kinds of bodies.
I understand that every body is unique, and I’m here to provide modifications and guidance to your specific needs.
My goal is to create a personal and safe enviroment where you can connect with yourself through the practice.
